All our current competitions are displayed on our Competitions page. You can enter a competition by clicking on the [“Enter Now”] button beside the competition you want to enter.
Choose an answer to the question. Select the number of entries you want. All entries made in a single transaction will be classed as having the same answer to the question, and only correct answers will be entered into the draw.
You can find all your entries in your Basket. Click [“proceed to checkout”] to process the order. Existing customers will be asked to log into their account. If you’re a new customer, you will need to enter your details. Tick the box which says you accept our Terms and Conditions.
After completing your purchase, you will be sent an email confirming your order details and ticket number(s). If you have answered the question correctly, you will be entered into the prize draw – good luck! If you have not answered correctly, you will not be entered into the draw.

We also offer a free postal entry route. To enter a competition by post, send an unenclosed post card with: ACCOUNT NUMBER AND EMAIL at the top clearly written – account number can be found in your account profile. Set your address, date of birth and phone number up in your account before sending the post card to ensure a correct match. Include on the post card: Name, Address, DOB, Contact phone number, name of prize, and correct answer for that competition. Post by 1st or 2nd post class to:

You will not be contacted to confirm entry until the entry list is completed. If your entry was received in time you will be entered into the entry list for that draw, which you can check to confirm entry. Postal entries are limited to one
competition entrant per postcard – do not send multiple postcards in one envelope – they will not be counted. Send an unenclosed post card with information on the back. The Entrant must specify which competition they wish to enter. We will allocate a random number to the entry from the available numbers left. Entries must be received 24 hours before
the designated draw time on the prize page to allow time for them to be processed. Sending a postal entry does not guarantee entry to a draw. Postal entries will not be counted if a prize sells out before the processing time that day or if the prize has already been drawn.
It is advised that you give your entry plenty of time to arrive, we cannot be held
responsible for Royal Mail’s delivery times. All postcard entries will be shredded and disposed of after processing, including entries received after the draw. The postal entries will be treated in the same manner as the online entries, in addition the postal entries will be entered into the ‘Live Draws’ in the same manner. If we deem one person is attempting to enter using multiple names and addresses all associated entries will be voided. Standard competition terms and conditions apply for postal entries. You must include the name of the prize exactly as displayed on the website. You must be registered as a customer on our website before sending your postal entry – use the same name on your account as on your entry. If you are a winner, we will contact you by phone within 7 days of the competition’s closing date. If any of your contact details have changed before the closing date, you must let us know as we will try to contact you with the information you have given us.
Up-to-date contact information is very important! If we can’t contact you within 14 days of the competition’s closing date, we will need to choose another winner and you won’t be able to claim the prize. You can check and manage your details through your Account.

We can’t accept entries from outside the U.K. as other countries’ laws for running competitions vary, and ours have been organised to comply with national laws. Everyone who selects the correct answer to the question is entered into a draw. The winner will then be chosen at random from all the correct entries during a weekly Facebook live draw on Thursday evenings at 8:30pm using the
Google random number generator. Winners are announced live with your full name and home town, and may even be called live on the phone, especially
for the bigger prizes!
If you’ve won, please make sure that you have given us the correct information to get in touch with you or another winner will be chosen! We will contact you within 7 days of the competition’s closing date.
With your permission, we’d also love to share your excitement on our website and social media page.
If you are the winner, the prize will be yours. That means you can do whatever you want with it, including selling it or gifting it to a very lucky friend!
Every time you enter a competition, we send an email with your order details and ticket number(s). You can also find your tickets in the My Account section on our website.
It’s disappointing, we know. But it is a competition! Incorrect answers will not be entered into the draw. You will still be charged for entry, but you can also try again.
You can enter the competition as many times as you want until you have reached the maximum number of entries. The maximum amount is displayed on the competition’s page.
Whilst this isn’t gambling, we still urge you to keep this fun and not spend more than you can afford!
